About The Here and Now

The Here and Now is a healing practice founded by Kevin Dusenberry offering Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, and energy-based wellness experiences designed to help people reconnect with balance, clarity, and presence.

Through one-on-one sessions, group sound baths, and Reiki training, the goal is to create a supportive space where clients can pause, breathe, and rediscover peace in the present moment.

The Here and Now offers Reiki and sound healing sessions inside the peaceful environment of Awakenings Holistic Learning & Wellness Center, located at 44 West Street, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. This quiet wellness space overlooking the Shrewsbury River provides a calm setting for relaxation, reflection, and energetic healing.

Sessions are available by appointment and advance booking is recommended.
